I’ve had a lovely Mother’s Day.
I got a card and corsage from Steve this morning . . .
and a card and a “Cleaning Out and Vacuuming of my Van” gift from Sarah.
The two of them made lunch, I took a long snooze and now I’m just hanging out for the afternoon with Summer sleeping by my side. May go for a bike ride soon. Nothing much planned.
After a long, hard week and some sleep that has been getting rudely interrupted by steroids, a peaceful day soothes my soul.

A restful day at home. Priceless.
Sharyn,
Yes, they certainly do know how to make me feel special! Although I was at church 5 hours in the morning–which is my work–I had the whole rest of the day to play so no complaints here! 🙂
Your family certainly knows how to make you feel special. Sounds like you had a wonderful Mother’s Day. All play, and no work!.
Is that the new outfit you are wearing, Becky? Very nice. I like it. Going thrift shopping with you some day is on my list of things to do!
Cath,
Yep, I was wearing a “new” thrift store outfit in the picture. And yes, I have no doubt you would enjoy a thrift store outing!
Steve is becoming a Pro Corsage Guy!
Glad you had a peaceful and priceless Mother’s Day
Mrs.
Yes he is! 🙂
Happy Mother’s Day Becky!
Happy Mother’s Day!
You look so pretty! Glad you’re having a restful, peaceful day.
