We’re leaving for our 1100 mile trip home in just a few minutes so I don’t have time for a long post. But here are a few of the pictures I took from our visit. We had such a wonderful time; can’t wait to tell you a few great stories!
The Smithsters
Nathan playing basketball with his cousins, dad, and uncles.
My siblings and their spouses. (One brother and his wife couldn’t be there.)
Sarah and her cousin, Hannah.
Don’t even ask.
I love shooting! Way to go, Becky! So glad you had a great time! Thanks for posting throughout your vacation!
Guerrina,
I can’t say that I loved it, but I can say I’m glad I tried it. I’ve always wanted to see what it was like to shoot a gun. (And we were on my sister and her husband’s property so it was very convenient.)
Oh my, Meagan has colored her hair a fiery color!!! Can you see Sarah with that shade of red? I only have boys and they have such dark hair that coloring it would be tough other than with temporary paint as they have done for fun.
Catherine,
I can imagine that your boys had a ball putting temporary paint in their hair. Sounds like fun! Sarah has had highlights before but that’s about the extent of her hair coloring adventures so far. 🙂
Those family pictures make me feel all warm and slightly jealous.
Luke, Happy the pictures make you feel warm; sad they make you a little jealous; glad you stopped by the blog!
Nice Pics. Hope you have a safe trip home. Your Mom looks wonderful. Nice to see everyone.
Catherine,
Yes, mom is doing well, all in all. It was so wonderful to get to see her again!
Have a safe trip home! Looking forward to hearing more about the trip
Becky,
I’m looking forward to WRITING about the trip!
Hope you guys have a safe trip traveling home 🙂
Thanks, Michelle. We just stopped for the night near Youngstown, OH and have 620 more miles to make tomorrow. I’m looking forward to BED!
