How To Know When You’re Famous

January 19, 2012

I’ve always surmised that it would be cool (in an oddish sort of way) for a famous author or singer to walk into some random thrift store and see his or her product on a shelf.

You know how you always see old John Grisham novels and ancient casssettes by Conway Twitty?  Wouldn’t that be sort of a rush to see yourself unexpectedly in a thrift store?  You would think,  “Wow! There I am!  I must be famous, or something.”

Well, folks, it has happened to me.

Along with my fabulous (and famous)  husband,  I can now boast that I have produced a product that has shown up on a thrift store shelf.

Would you like an autograph?

You’ll  probably have to get in line.

I already knew about these famous people because I have all the CDs that they have ever put out unless one slipped through.

Kim, yeah I was pretty cracked up when I saw it. If there is a particular CD you’re interested in, shoot me an email and I’ll see if we still have it. And yes, that CD cover took me way, way back too! (Big hair, and everything.)

this truly CRACKS me up!!!! I truly wish I would have found that CD at my thrift store! We TRULY have always loved your music…and well…cassette tapes are really a thing of the past and I’ve always wished we had your music on CD.

Perhaps you could share a post for those of us who would LOVE to buy a CD or two?

Just seeing the CD cover takes me back……and the memories…are turly wonderful.

    Have a BLESSED day.

    Kim~
